She was also preceded in death by her sister, Katherine Williams and brothers, Ellwood 'Sonny' Williams and George Williams and sister in-laws, Janet and Joyce Gregg Williams.
Eleanor attended East Liverpool High School, studied cosmetology, and was formerly employed at a toy factory in New York. She was known for her crafty and unique talents, enjoying crocheting and creating plastic canvas crafts. In addition to her hobbies, she participated in the lunch program for Fulmer Park Playground and assisted with Girl Scout Troop 502. Eleanor will be deeply missed by her daughters, Tyree Lynn Marrero, Alicia Davis and Keisha Stafford; her brothers, Eddie and William Williams (Ruth); her sister, Helen Pack; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pastor Dirk Hall will celebrate Eleanors life at noon on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Arner Funeral Chapel. Friends are welcome to visit with her family two hours prior to the service, from 10 a.m. to noon.
