Eleanor Kitchen Obituary
Born April 21, 1942, in Morristown, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Veronica (Hirko) Sedlak.
She and her husband, Warren R. Kitchen, celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on May 5, 2025.
Ellie graduated from Easton High School, Class of 1960 and Churchman's Business School.
She was last employed by the former Easton Hospital. Previously, she worked as a teller at the former Easton National Bank and Trust.
Ellie loved her plants, mystery books and needlepoint. She delivered Meals on Wheels for twenty years.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township.
Ellie was a member of the Prime Time Club where she served as secretary and Antique Automobile Club of America-Lehigh Valley Region.
In addition to her husband, Warren, she is survived by two sons, Douglas W. Kitchen and his wife Yolanda, of Crystal Lake, IL, and Matthew T. Kitchen and his wife Sharon, of Daytona Beach, FL; a grandson, Tyler Kitchen; a granddaughter, Kiana Moreno and her husband Cameron; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Albert Sedlak.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough, is in charge of arrangements. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
