Eleanor "Pepper" Ann Rilea, 76, of Turtle Lake, WI died unexpectedly on August 22, 2025. Pepper also known as "Granny" and "Old Lady" was loved by many. She was born to Elmer Osterberg and Mary (Hill) Osterberg on April 26, 1949 in Brookings, South Dakota.

Eleanor is survived by her brother, Leonard Osterberg Sr. (Alice); son, Duane Wyatt; daughter, Tina Dietrich; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Evie and Betty.

Granny lived most of her life in Turtle Lake. She was a spontaneous old lady that was down to try just about anything. She would never miss the chance to go tot he casino, as that was her favorite place. She also never had enough puzzles to put together. Granny loved to fish until the last few years when it became more difficult for her to get around. She loved anything to do with her great grandkiddos; whether it was sports, concerts, or derbies she always had to go. Most of all, Eleanor loved her family and those she cared about.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11 AM - 1:30 PM on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the VFW/Legion Hall in Turtle Lake. Burial at Mount Hope Cemetery in Turtle Lake will follow the celebration.
