Eleanor Strozyk Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Jardine Funeral Home, Inc. - Strongsville on Mar. 18, 2026.
Eleanor "Ellie" Grace Strozyk, went home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Ellie was born on December 9, 2024 to Benjamin and Jordyn (Bastawros) Strozyk in Cleveland, OH.

The past 15 months were a true and beautiful gift. She brought immeasurable love, joy, and light into our lives, and we will forever cherish every moment we were blessed to have with her.

In the midst of our profound grief, we are deeply proud to share that Ellie gave the gift of life to others. She was honored with a moving honor walk through the hospital halls, surrounded by those who cared for her, as she was taken to donate her kidneys and liver. Through this selfless act, Eleanor will help save the lives of other children, and her light will continue to shine in the world.

She was loved deeply and will be forever missed by her parents, Benjamin and Jordyn Strozyk; brother, Isaac Strozyk; grandparents: Tamer (Janice) Bastawros, and John (Traci) Strozyk; Uncle Blake and Aunt Hannah, Uncle Brent and Aunt Olivia, Uncle Isaiah and Aunt Tearra; and cousins Jonah, Silas and Alexander.

Ellie's family will greet friends on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 4-6 PM at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Road. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 11 AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church of Strongsville. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Eleanor's name to the Cleveland Clinic Children's Foundation, or helping a child in need by purchasing something from the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Wish List.
