Obituary published on Legacy.com by Jardine Funeral Home, Inc. - Strongsville on Mar. 11, 2026.
Kenneth J. Mraz, age 94 of Strongsville, passed away on March 10, 2026.

Ken was born on June 28, 1931, in Manitowoc, WI to Jacob J. and Margaret E. (Ellerman) Mraz. He was married to Carole Mraz for 25 years until her passing in 2013.

Ken was a people person, always talking with and chatting to folks wherever he went. He was a proud member of the Strongsville Kiwanis, and was one of the vice presidents. The flags that are up and flying at the Strongsville Commons, called "the Flag Project," were Ken's idea. He was involved in his community, as well as his parish home, St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

Ken is survived by his children: Charles (Joan) Mraz, James (Renee) Mraz, Colleen O'Malley, Bryan O'Malley, and Noreen O'Malley; grandchildren: Elizabeth (Kevin) Hamm, Megan (Kyle) Mann, Jacob Mraz, Lauren (Nicole) Dittrich, Kelly (Jason) Kerr, Danielle (Cameron) Coyne, Alexa Ballow, and Ella O'Malley; and great-grandchildren: Emma Hamm, Julian Mann, McKinley Mraz, Amelia Mraz, Evan Mraz, Hailey Kerr, and Rylee Kerr. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and all those special friends he met during his time at Vitalia.

Ken was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carole; and his parents, Jacob and Margaret Mraz.

Ken's family will greet friends on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 9:30-10:00 AM at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church on Bagley Road. A funeral mass will begin at 10 AM at the church. A private burial will take place with his family, where he will be interred with his wife at Holy Cross Cemetery.
