Eleonore Bender Obituary
Ellen was a faith filled and resilient woman enduring hardship during World War II. She enjoyed family and friends, her medical career, cooking, gardening, golfing, and traveling.
The family is grateful for the care Ellen received from the staff members at both Aberdeen Crossing and Hospice of the Western Reserve.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, P.O. Box 72101, Cleveland, Ohio 44192.
Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ellen at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 10-11 AM.
A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow at 11 AM.
Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery following the service.
