He is survived by his parents Edwin and Barbara Frey; sister Kathryn Frey; and brothers Ethan Frey and Carl Frey (Moira).

Many of us from the Albright College Community are saddened and shocked. Some of us have taught Eli and remember him as a brilliant, intellectual student. One recalls that he was the very best writer she ever taught. I remember him as an excellent student with a very curious mind. I send heartfelt prayers and condolences to Eli's family. He will be greatly missed.
