Deja atrás a su amorosa esposa, María Gutiérrez; sus hijos Luis Leyva (Mónica), Erik Leyva (Cynthia), Janett Hernández (Rogelio), Eleazar Leyva Jr. (Luz) y Jennifer Leyva. Además, deja a sus hermanos, 4 hermanas, 8 hermanos, y 10 nietos, así como a muchos sobrinos, amigos y seres queridos que lo adoraban.
Durante su vida, Eliazar trabajó en la construcción, demostrando su dedicación y esfuerzo en cada proyecto. Era un esposo amoroso, un gran padre, un hermano ejemplar y un abuelo muy querido por todos.
Su recuerdo vivirá en nuestros corazones siempre. Que descanse en paz.

Oracion a las 7:00pm y continuara el Lunes, Octubre 20, 2025 con una Visitacion de 8:30am - 12:00pm i continuara en La Primera Iglesia Bautista a las 12:30pm con un Sepelio en The Lord and I Funeral Home & Cemetey - Peñitas a las 2:00pm.
