Elijah Teagan Rivers

A tiny life, so soft, so sweet, four months of love made life complete. Small hands that reached, bright eyes that shined, a precious gift God chose to lend for a time. Though little feet walked not so far, your light still glows like the brightest star. You came with love, so pure and true, and left that same great love with us too.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, God in His infinite wisdom called His precious angel, Elijah "Eli" Teagan Rivers, 4 months, of Ladson, South Carolina, to eternal rest.

Family and friends will gather Saturday March 7, 2024 for a Celebration of Life honoring little Elijah 'Eli' Teagan Rivers, at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.

Interment will be in "Family Cemetery", Wando, South Carolina

Elijah "Eli" Teagan Rivers. He is survived by his loving and devoted parents Corrie M. Rivers Jr. and Cherelle L. Burns. His loving brother Tyson C. Burns. His grandmothers Giovanna Baldwin-Rivers and Sonya Y. Williams. Grandfather Terrell (Kimberly) Burns. Great grandparents Lydia and Robert Cummings, Beverlyn L. Baldwin, Carolyn B. and Richard Doctor, Jr., Phillip C. Dixon, Minnie Pearl Burns, and Willie James Burns, One uncle; Allen P. Stark, One aunt; Caroline Williams(Justin). A host of other loving family members and a village that loved him. He was proceeded in death by his grandfather Corrie M. Rivers, Sr., great grandfathers James W. Baldwin, Jr. and Thomas Robert Lee Brown and great-grandmother Linda D. Baldwin.
