POWELL, TN – Elisa Renee Belcher, age 48, of Powell, TN, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Manitou Beach, MI. She was born in Oak Ridge, TN on January 19, 1977, to the late Tommy and Donna (Breeden) Cooper. On May 26, 1998, she married Timothy Belcher, and he survives. The greatest love of Lisa's life was spending time with her family. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews – going to the park with them and other activities. Lisa was an animated person, bringing to life the story and the surroundings in which she was in. She had a wholesome laugh that lit up the room and a demeanor that offered comfort to all she loved. She also loved riding Harley's with her husband and would gladly do so rain or shine.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Timothy; son, Blaine Belcher; daughter, Morgan (Zakary Yates) Belcher; four grandchildren Landon, Allison, Rilynn, and Hazel; sisters, Gracie Bullard and Holly Jacobs; brother, Calvin Tommy Cooper. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services for Lisa will be private in Tennessee. The family will plan a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Words of comfort to the family may be offered at www.marryfh.com. The Marry Funeral Home in Hudson, MI is assisting the family with arrangements.
