Elisa Ramos Colón, lovingly known as "Cha-Cha" by her grandchildren and grand-nieces and nephews, made her peaceful transition to heaven on October 5, 2025, at 4:45 p.m., where she was reunited with her beloved husband, Maximo Ramos.
Elisa was a woman that had boundless love, and a quiet strength. Her life was a testament to resilience, compassion, and devotion to family. She found joy in the simple things- sharing stories, cooking for her loved ones, dancing and laughing. She truly dedicated her life to her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she nurtured and inspired.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Maximo Ramos, and her parents, Alvarita Rolon and Eustacio Colón.
Elisa is survived by her devoted daughter, Yolanda Ramos, and her cherished grandchildren: Zachary Ramos Stoker, Caleb Ramos Stoker, and Michael Ramos Stoker. She also leaves behind her precious great-grandchildren, Rubi Eve Ramos-Stoker and Violet Dawn Ramos Stoker.
She is lovingly remembered by her baby sister and caregiver, Gloria Colón, whose dedication and love brought comfort and joy to Elisa's final years.
Elisa's memory will also be treasured by her nieces and nephews: Alex Maldonado, Glorianne Maldonado Martinez, Javier Maldonado, and Madeline Gonzalez; and her grandnieces and nephews: Alesandra Maldonado, Alayah Maldonado, Ariana Lowry and her son Ace, Alyssa Prieto, Kruz, and Ava Prieto.
She is also survived by her beloved siblings: Margie Reyes, Elizabeth Rivera, Ana Morales, Carmen Fischer, Herminia Colón, Violeta Reyes, Mildred Colón, Israel Colón, and William Colón.
Elisa's life was a beautiful example of love, faith, and family.
Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who were blessed to know her.
