Elisabeth Klein, 90 years young, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away peacefully on February 15, 2024. Elisabeth was born in Romania to the late Andreas and Rosalia (nee Bauholcer) Neubacker. She is survived by her loving children Rosemary (Karl) Kaupe, Hildegard (Carl) Criblez, Herbert Klein, and Robert Klein; treasured grandchildren Siobhan McKenna, Russell Criblez, Elizabeth Criblez; and cherished great grandchildren Colin, Riley, Jessica, Braidyn, Cadhla, Gypsi, and Koda. She was reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Herbert Klein, grandson Gary O’Brien, Jr. and siblings Stefan Neubacker, Andreas Neubacker, Johann Neubacker, and Maria Szilagyi.
Elisabeth was a remarkable woman known for her unwavering dedication to service and care for others. Throughout her life, she exemplified the true meaning of selflessness by always putting others before herself. Elisabeth was not just a mother to her biological children but a nurturing figure to all who crossed her path.Her strong Catholic faith was her cornerstone and guided her every action with grace and compassion. Elisabeth's kind spirit touched the lives of many, offering solace and support in times of need. Her legacy of love and generosity will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 6-8 PM at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 10 AM at St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church, 10205 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111 (Please meet at Church). Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Westlake, Ohio.
