Eliza Regis

Eliza Regis, known lovingly as Za, Lizie, Ma, Mama, Granny, Grandma, Zazou, Zout, and more, leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, strength, and sacrifice. Born in Vieux-Bourg, Aquin, Eliza was valiant, selfless, and a true matriarch. A mother of eight, Eliza stopped at nothing to ensure the best for her family. Eliza immigrated to the United States in 1976 and worked two jobs to provide for her children. Her home was full of laughter and warmth; she was a mother to so many, watching over and pouring love into all of the family's children and always ensuring no one left her house hungry. In 2010, Eliza moved to Milton, where she lived with her daughter Juliette, and was frequently visited by loved ones until her passing. Eliza will be greatly missed, but we are eternally grateful for the mark she left on this world.
