Elizabeth Ann Aicher (nee Flynn), passed away at her home on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the age of 81.
A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Betty was born and raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia and has resided in the Northeast for over 50 years. She was a 1962** graduate of Little Flower High School.
In early years, Betty worked in retail at John Wanamaker Department Stores and as an administrative assistant for Mobile Oil Corporation. She proudly spent most of her life as a homemaker. In her free time, Betty enjoyed ceramics and traveling with her husband and friends.
Beloved wife of over 50 years to Richard T. Aicher; loving sister of the late Mary (John) Brady, Michael (Lorraine) Flynn, John (Betty) Flynn; sister-in-law of the late Carole (Steve) Russell, Anne (late John Lavin) and Barbara (Tom) Fisher. Betty will also be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM from St. Martha Church, 11301 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty's memory can be made to Faith Lutheran Church, 4150 Woodhaven Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.
