Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on May 31, 2025, at her home at the age of 81 years. Betty was born on November 30, 1943, in Chesaning on the family farm to the late Joseph and Teresa (Baker) Princinsky. She married James Rowe Sr. on January 12, 1963; he predeceased her on March 11, 2009. Betty's caring nature lead her to become a nurse aid. Even when she wasn't physically caring for someone, Betty was a huge prayer warrior, and always praying for anyone who needed it, especially her family. She had a strong faith and enjoyed volunteering at church and Women's Bible Study. She and her husband also completed Agape Bible College together. They also volunteered at Teen Challenge. Betty was a member of the card club and an avid sports fan, always watching the Detroit Lions and Tigers and Michigan Wolverines.
Betty is survived by her children: Jane (Dan) Armstrong, Jim (Carmen) Rowe, Keith Rowe, and Tony (Jennifer) Rowe; grandchildren: Darin (Brandee) Rowe, Mitchell Rowe, Noah Rowe, Christian Armstrong, Andrew (Kristyn) Armstrong, Kaelynn (Spencer) Sutton, Julia Rowe, Anthony Rowe, and Cameron Rowe; great-grandchildren: Zane Armstrong, Cassidee Jean Rowe; five siblings: Linda (Ken) Keyser of Hemlock, Theresa (Tim) Sparks of Grand Rapids, Charlie (Kathy) Princinsky of Saginaw, John (Linda) Princinsky of Columbia, TN, and Brian Princinsky of Saginaw
Along with her parents and husband, Betty was predeceasd by her siblings: Catherine Kricher, Mary VanBuren, Joseph "Bobby" Princinsky, William Princinsky, Marsha Fraiser, Daniel Princinsky, and Ruth Ann Thomas.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., Saginaw, MI 48603. Honoring Betty's wishes cremation will take place following visitation. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Old Town Christian Outreach.
