She gave her life to Jesus at a very early age. Her dream was to be a preacher. She loved the Lord, church, and gospel singing. She was double promoted in elementary school and graduated at 15 as the salutatorian of her class. She also attended business college. She married at seventeen and became a mother within a year- she was married for 55 1/2 years.

She was a Proverbs 31 woman. She was a wonderful mother. She believed in the power of prayer in the name of Jesus. No request was too small or too large, just put your trust in God-Her constant prayer was for her family to all be saved. She was human, she had flaws, but she was saved.
She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, crocheting, reading, quilting, and laying out fence rows. She loved farm animals, birds and the beauty of God's Creation. She prayed the 23 rd Psalm every day. Her journey was long, sometimes hard, but always blessed. She survived a massive stroke for 31 months. Her body was tired and her spirit longed for Jesus and her mother. She is home now and at rest in the arms of God.
