Patrick Boothe Obituary
Slade is preceded in death by his father, David Patrick Boothe, and his cousin, Leigh Boothe.
Survivors include his children, Wilson Boothe and Zoe Boothe; his mother, Yvonne Boothe; sisters, Heather Boothe and Christina Hurst and her husband, Brett; nieces, Isabella Hurst and Piper Hurst; nephew, Drew Angel; uncles and aunts, Tommy Marks, Dan and Beth Boothe, Jack and Susan Boothe, Dick and Polli Boothe; Jason, Leslie, Mike, Rachael, Matt, and Daniel; his Kappa Sig fraternity brothers; and his loving fur babies, Dwight and Barbara.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Redbird Willow Farm, 1103 Lenlock Lane, Anniston, AL 36206 (www.redbirdwillowfarm.com) or Pinhoti Animal Rescue (www.pinhotianimalrescue.org).
