Elizabth Ann "Boots" (Cunningham) Brown, of Delta, died at her home on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the age of 86. Affectionately known as "Boots" to all who knew and loved her, she shared 58 beautiful years of marriage with her devoted husband and soulmate, Coy Brown, Sr., until his passing on July 24, 2021.

Born on May 8, 1939, in Tioga, West Virginia, she was the beloved daughter of Charles and Virgie (Wilson) Cunningham. Boots dedicated her career to C&P Telephone Company, which later became Verizon, where she worked as a telephone operator until her retirement nearly 35 years ago.

Family was truly the heart of Boots' life. She especially adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who lovingly called her "Mommom Bootie." She passed down her love of crochet and quilting, skills lovingly taught to her by her mother and created countless handmade treasures for her family over the years. Many joyful hours were spent around a quilting frame with her mother and sisters, sewing and sharing stories.

She and her husband cherished traveling, often accompanied by their grandchildren on memorable annual trips to Florida. Together with her siblings and in-laws, she enjoyed adventurous travels to West Virginia, Vermont, Hawaii, Myrtle Beach, Tennessee, and Florida, always with laughter and love at the center.

Boots is survived by her loving children, Cheryl Corbin (Allen) and Coy "Buzzy" Brown, Jr. (Beth); grandchildren Matt Corbin (Amber), Katie Wiles, Devynn Brown, Vincent Volinski, Russell Volinski, Raymond Volinski, and Amber Williams; and great-grandchildren Autumn Corbin, Alice Gardner, Charlie Corbin, Eva Oals, Makayla Williams, Jaxon Williams, and Kanan Volinski. She is also survived by her sister, Patty Kohler; brothers John Cunningham and Joe Cunningham; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy; her parents; her brothers Charles, Jim, Bob, Bill, and Jake; and sisters Margie, Willa, Mickey, and Mary.

A viewing for Boots will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA 17314. Another viewing will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 10:30 am – 11:00 am at the funeral home, followed by a service at 11:00 am with Chaplain Bob Rohrbaugh of Memorial White Rose Home Health & Hospice officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements on behalf of Harkins Funeral Home.
