Elizabeth Bruzzi Obituary
Born in Dalton, MA on February 8, 1928 to Fred and Elizabeth Kushi Staples, she was a graduate of Dalton High School.
She married James "Jumbo" Bruzzi on April 10, 1948. He predeceased her in 1980.
Mrs. Bruzzi was the president of their family owned business, Pittsfield Welding Supply for over 30 years, from which she retired. Prior to that she had worked for Besse-Clarke.
She was a New York Yankees fan and loved western cowboy movies and gardening.
Mrs. Bruzzi is survived by her son Paul Bruzzi and wife Robin of Dalton, and James Bruzzi and wife Darlene of Hinsdale. Nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her sisters, Grace Shea, Marcella O'Hearn, and Margaret Powers.
Services will be private with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.

Paul & Family,
It was a joy to get to know you and your Mom a bit on my visits to see my Mom. Betty always had a smile and you were so welcoming to us and I can't put into words how grateful I am for that.
