Elizabeth Jane (Kunkler) Daly

Elizabeth Jane (Kunkler) Daly of Encinitas, CA, was born, raised, and schooled in Ramona. She later attended San Diego State and a business college which prepared her to work in various global locations where she and her husband, Patrick Daly, lived including San Diego, San Francisco, England, and Japan. For the last 50 years home was Encinitas where before and after Pat's death, Liz enjoyed family, traveling, playing bridge and other games, and the company of her many friends within the faith communities of Solana Beach Presbyterian Church and The Village Church in Rancho Santa Fe.

Liz was surrounded by the love of family and friends when at 95 years old, she passed into the arms of her Lord. She is missed deeply by nephews Gary Hager of Escondido, and Dave Hager of Ramona and his family; niece Cindy Hager and her husband of Austin, TX; stepson Michael Daly and his children, as well as her many friends. She will be remembered at Solana Beach Presbyterian Church on February 26 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org) or the American Heart Association (heart.org) in honor of Elizabeth J. Daly.
