Elizabeth “Libby” Jane Clark, 71, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025.
Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Libby was born on March 10, 1954, in Houston, Texas to David Havins and Maxcine McAnally Havins. She married Charles Clark on January 14, 1971, in Lampasas, Texas. Libby collected elephants, frogs and owls. She enjoyed doing embroidery. Nothing brought more joy to her life than her family, especially being called Granny.
She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Maxcine Havins; sister, Melba Burns; and brothers, David Havins, Roger Havins.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie Clark of Borger; son, Charles Clark of Stinnett; daughter, Samantha Davidson of Borger; grandchildren, Jacob Davidson, Zachary Davidson and wife Maddison, Austin Pruitt, Rane Clark, Kennadie Clark; brother, Troy Havins and wife Emma of Houston; sister, Susie Stephen and husband Rusty of Lampasas, Gaylynn Cooley of Borger; numerous nieces and nephews; her beloved canine companion, Rocky Levi "Biscuit", and a host of extended family.
