Elizabeth Moore Loggins, age 86 of Clarkesville, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Born in Tiger, Georgia on October 24, 1938, Mrs. Loggins was the daughter of the late Walter Judson Moore and the late Virginia Kendrick Moore. Mrs. Loggins was employed in the business office at Habersham Hardware for 47 years. She enjoyed nature, hiking and walking, and riding motorcycles. Mrs. Loggins and her husband Grover were also avid square dancers for over 40 years with the Soque Wheelers. Her greatest joy was to be surrounded by her loving family and grandkids. Mrs. Loggins was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Loggins is preceded in death by sister Nellie Carnes and brothers in law and sisters in law Cleburn Loggins, Annie Loggins, Grady Loggins, Van Loggins, Hettie Jones, Ella Humphries, Belle Sears, Crawford Loggins, Jerry Loggins and David Loggins.

Survivors include her husband Grover Loggins of Clarkesville, son Blake Loggins of Clarkesville, daughters and sons in law Rena and Gary Watkins of Toccoa and Camille and Jason Anderson of Clarkesville, grandchildren A.J. Anderson, Jess Anderson, Jeb Watkins and Katelyn Watkins, great grandson Lathan Watkins, brother Walt Moore of Ball Ground, sisters Doris Williams of Clayton, Susan Matheson (Billy) of Westminster, SC, and Judy Bryson of Hollywood, sister in law Ruth Powell, brothers in law Jesse Loggins (Linda), Ralph Loggins (Stella), Dale Loggins and Larry Loggins

Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Matthew Butler, officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, prior to the service from 1-2 PM at the funeral home.
