Elizabeth MacGregor Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lord Funeral Home - Wolfeboro on Dec. 10, 2025.
Elizabeth Laura MacGregor, 36, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on December 9, 2025 at Concord Hospital, surrounded by her family. Her passing leaves a profound void for all who loved her, yet her strength, spirit, and warmth will be forever remembered.

Beth was born in Dover, NH on February 3, 1989, a loving daughter to Ann and Bill MacGregor. Beth grew up in Rochester, NH in a home filled with love, faith, laughter, and the kind of sibling bonds that last a lifetime. She attended Spaulding High School, where she forged friendships and memories that stayed with her, and later continued her education at the University of New England. No matter where life took her, she remained deeply connected to her roots and the people who shaped her.

Beth spent her childhood on the soccer field, where her determination and competitive fire naturally shone through. As an adult, she embraced the freedom and thrill of riding motorcycles, finding peace on open roads and joy in the community around her. Concerts were also one of her favorite places to be-she found energy in live music, the pulse of a crowd, and the shared experience of a favorite song sung at full volume. She also loved her time at camp, where the quiet moments, fresh air, and familiar traditions brought her a sense of peace and belonging.

She was a devoted sister to her siblings Sarah and her husband Kyle, Mark and his wife Cynthia, and Nick and his wife Jane. Her nieces-Ava, Reagan, Lyla, and Juliet-and nephews-Maverick, Sawyer, and Bennett-brought her endless pride and joy. She adored being their aunt, celebrating their milestones, spoiling them whenever she could, and loving them with her whole heart.

Beth also shared many meaningful years with her longtime partner and friend, Noah. The years they spent together were filled with love and memories that remained important to her. She also cherished time with her two dogs, Jack and Zuko, who were her constant companions and a source of comfort and unconditional love.

Those who knew Beth will remember her kindness, her tenacity, her humor and wit, and her unwavering loyalty to the people she loved. Beth was a fighter. She faced life's challenges with courage, grit, and a quiet strength that inspired everyone around her. She had a way of making others feel valued, welcomed, and deeply understood. Her legacy lives on in the laughter she sparked, the adventures she embraced, and the love she gave without hesitation.

In addition to her immediate family, Beth leaves behind her grandma, Laura Lovett, who held a special place in Beth's heart, as well as extended family and friends who loved her dearly. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents who eagerly are awaiting to welcome Beth to eternal life.

Calling Hours will be held at the Lord Funeral Home in Wolfeboro from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 40 Hidden Springs Road, Alton, NH on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Donate Life America in her honor.

Beth was one of my favorite young coworkers. I called them 'my kids'. She had great humor and full of fun stories. I especially liked her biking tales. She will be missed.

This is such sad news. My condolences to all the MacGregors. I remember coaching basketball with you Ann, and Beth was a little blonde force to be reckoned with. We will keep Beth and all of you in prayer.
