Elizabeth Ann McGlasson, nee Litecky, 79, of Belleville, IL, born Monday, November 5, 1945, in Chester, PA, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Four Fountains Convalescent Center in Belleville, IL.
Elizabeth was a member of St. Matthew Church in Belleville IL and a Band and Choir teacher for many years, prior to finishing her career at St. Matthew. She was involved in the choir and directed Easter and Christmas Cantata's.
She was preceded in death by her:
Husband: John William III
Daughter: Kathryn McGlasson
Parents: Paul and Julia, nee Niemic, Litecky
Brother: Paul A. Litecky
Surviving are her:
Daughter: Megan (Michael) Cox of Belleville, IL
Sister: Marcia Brown of Henderson, NV
Grandchildren
Astrid DeLonga
Oscar Cox
Sister-in-law: Felice Litecky
Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
Visitation: Visitation from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Services: Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Swickard officiating. Interment at Mason Union Cemetery, Mason, IL.
