Elizabeth Nina (Liz), 44 of Haverhill, MA passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 surrounded by family after a long battle with breast cancer.
Liz was born on October 31, 1979 in Methuen, MA to parents Olivia Nina and Pablo Nina.
Liz grew up in Lawrence, MA. She graduated from Greater Lawrence Technical High School in 1997.
Liz enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved traveling with her family, throwing parties at her house, shopping, giving makeup tips and spending time with her family and friends.
Liz loved nothing more than being a mother. The two joys of her life are daughter, Janina Jean and son, Adrian Jean. "Our mom was an angel. She was lovely and kind. She was very funny. She was such a lovable person, so friendly to her friends and others. She was family orientated. Our mom was so beautiful. Her heart was filled with joy. We love her and miss her so much."
Liz will forever be in the hearts of her family; life partner, Roberto Jean of Haverhill, MA; stepdaughter, Maya Jean of Haverhill, MA; brothers, Stephan Nina of Lawrence, MA, Julito Nina of Lowell, MA, and Alejandro Nina of Lowell, MA.
Liz will forever be missed by all of her uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and all of her many friends.
Family and friends will honor and celebrate Liz's life by gathering for her calling hours from 4 – 8 PM on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 AM on Saturday at St. Patrick Parish, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow at St. Mary-Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence. For directions or to send an online condolence, please visit www.pollardfuneralhome.com. The Kenneth H.
