Elizabeth Kay Adkins Roberts, age 73, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Elizabeth was born in Mansfield, Ohio on April 6, 1952, to the late Emery and Eva Adkins. Elizabeth worked at a factory and Eastland Grocery store while raising her family. She was a member of the Christian Assembly of God.

Kay is survived by her husband, Barry Roberts of Mt. Sterling; her daughter Kristie (Bill) Craig of Owingsville; her son Bradley Norris of Owingsville; 2 grandchildren: Taylor Craig and Lauren Craig; 2 stepsons: Robert Laskey and Donald Laskey; 2 stepdaughters: Laura (Wendall) Fraley and Anne Roberts; several step grandchildren; and 2 brothers Michael Adkins and Robert (Seon) Adkins, Illinois.

Other than her parents, Kay was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Robert Adkins, Kenny Adkins and James Adkins; 1 sister: Roberta Gail Adkins.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Christian Assembly Of God church, 1834 Owingsville Road, Mt. Sterling, KY. Visitation at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Scott Barnes.

Burial will follow at the Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery in Jeffersonville, KY
