Elizabeth Ann Scioli (nee Davis) better known as Betsy, 77, of Drexel Hill, PA, died peacefully on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Bryn Mawr hospital with doting cousin Patricia Davis by her side. Betsy succumbed to complications of COPD including pneumonia. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
Betsy was born in November 1947 in Philadelphia, PA, the youngest of four children, to Richard Preston Davis and Helen Veronica Davis (nee Barbera). Betsy attended St. Dorothy's Elementary School and Prendergast High School.
Betsy loved cats, reading, music, old movies and keeping in touch with her family and friends. Betsy was a supporter of Veteran's, Children's and Animal Rescue charities.
Betsy is survived by her two children, Michael Joseph Scioli (Toshie) of Osaka City, Japan and Diane Scioli of Costa Mesa, CA, brother Preston Davis (Jackie), sister Jeanne Fusco, sister-in law Linda Davis as well as nieces Debbie, Maureen, and Amy and nephews Christoper and Matthew and grandnephews Jayden and Carter. Betsy is also survived by many, many, beloved cousins including Jim Phelan, Patricia Donahue, Christine Humble, Alice Zaleski, Gerry Zahner and Patricia Davis.
Betsy was predeceased by brother Ronald Davis and brother-in-law Fred Fusco as well as cousin, Teresa Kitto.
