Ella Miller went to be with the Lord on Friday January 18, 2025, just one day before her 98th birthday after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born in Detroit Michigan, the daughter of Arie Eber and Henrietta (Gilbert) Adams on January 19, 1927. She was a graduate of Napoleon High School in 1945. Ella was preceded in death by her late husband Robert James Miller of 25 years. and five sisters, Gladys Peleri, Jane Oxley, Barbara Toops, Cora Moffett and Dolly Adams and four brothers, George Adams, Eric Adams and Ebert John Adams and Ebert Adams Junior. Ella worked for Carpenter Better Homes and Gardens as a realtor until she was 75 years old. She was an avid artist and loved oil painting. She always said, "painting is my medicine." She was a member of the Indiana Artists Guild. In her later years, she lived in Leesburg Florida for 10 years before moving back to Indiana in 2019. She is survived by her two children, Paul Miller (Bernadine) Miller of Avon, Indiana, Kathryn (Mark) Gadbury of Carmel, Indiana and sister-in-law Chris Adams of West Chester, Ohio. She has five grandchildren Paul Miller Jr (Stacey)., Robert (Jada) Miller, Lyndsay (James) Merrill, Logan (Shayna) Gadbury and Rebecca (Joseph) Gadbury. She has eight great-grandchildren, Kaiser Gadbury, Simeon Miller, Godric Gadbury, Rosie Miller, Therese Miller, Rocco Miller and Caspian Gadbury. She was known for her positive spirit and generous heart. She will be sorely missed. Due to weather and health concerns, there will be no public services at this time. Burial will be held at Mt. Aerie Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at a later announced date. Condolences can be sent to family members at www.bassgasper.com
