Ella Mae Parker

Ella Mae Parker, age 90, of Fort Mill, SC, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Novant Health Ballantyne.

The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026. The funeral ceremony will follow at 1 p.m. at Wolfe Funeral Home.

Born in Danville, VA she was a daughter of the late Raymond Leon Taylor and Mary Brown Taylor. She went to Fort Mill High School and worked as a weaver at Springs Industries for over 25 years before retirement. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and going fishing, tending to her garden and planting flowers, and most importantly, she loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She was an amazing wife, mother, sister, grandmother and she will be deeply missed.

Ella is survived by her children, Robert Dale (Sara) of Fort Mill, SC, Ken D. Parker of Liberty Hills, SC, Cheryl Moree (Clint) of Indian Land, SC, Beth Lynn Cunnup (Mark) or Indian Land, SC; grandchildren, Van, Brian, Chris, Valerie, Emily, Logan; 15 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry Neil Parker and siblings, Francis Lakey and William Kingrey.
