DEVER, Ellen M. (Corcoran) Of Newton, originally from Cambridge, lived in Arlington, North Andover, Lockport (NY), Barnstable, and Somers Point (NJ). Beloved daughter of the late Catherine (Cullinane) and Thomas Corcoran. Dear sister of Tom (dec.), Bob, Ed, Paul and John Corcoran. Devoted wife of Russell; and caring mother of Beth Dever-Ryan (Peter) and Brian Dever (Alicia). Grandmother of Cameron, Max and Hal Ryan and Calder Dever. Her memory is also celebrated by many extended family and friends. Ellen worked as a teacher before focusing on her family; her warmth and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend the Visitation at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Chestnut St., ARLINGTON) on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 9:30-11 am, followed by a Funeral Service at St. Agnes Church, at 11:30 am. Services will conclude with the Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
