Ellen June Piskorowski, beloved wife, mother, and friend passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering strength.Born with a heart full of compassion and a spirit of generosity, Ellen dedicated her life to her family and community. She is survived by her devoted husband, Larry Piskorowski, whose partnership and love were a testament to a beautiful marriage.Ellen's children were her pride and joy. She is cherished and remembered by her son Gabriel Elliott and his wife, Miranda and their two daughters; her son Jacob Morgan; and her daughter, Hannah Morgan. She also opened her heart to her stepchildren, Chasity Wilson-Morse and her husband, Stephen, and John Piskorowski, embracing them as her own, 3 brothers, Karl Johnson, Eric Johnson (Mary), Kurt Johnson (Darla) and many nieces and nephews. Ellen in proceeded in death by her parents Harold and Erma "June" Johnson and late husband Farris Morgan Jr.Ellen's family extended to include four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life. Her nurturing spirit, warm smile, and boundless generosity will be deeply missed by her friends, extended family, and the countless individuals whose lives she touched.A service to celebrate Ellen's life will be held on Saturday, July 27. The receiving of friends will be from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by the service at 3:00 PM at Loomis Park Baptist Church in Jackson, Michigan. There will also be an opportunity to mingle with the family afterward, sharing memories and offering support during this time of loss. A celebration of life will be scheduled in Tennessee at a later date.As we say goodbye to Ellen, we celebrate her life and the memories she leaves behind. Her legacy of love, compassion, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to help Ellen's family during this difficult time.
