Elmer T. Bauer, 93, Mandan, formerly of New Salem, passed away, Monday, January 12, 2026 in Mandan. Memorial service will be held at 11 am, on Tuesday, January 20th, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Bismarck with Pastor Jonathan Walla officiating. Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery in New Salem following the luncheon at the church. Visitation will be on Monday, January 19th from 4 to 6 pm, at Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church.
