Bob Bauer was born on May 2, 1965 in Frankfort, Michigan to Jerry and Sandy Bauer. Bob, who resided in Taylor, Michigan, passed away on February 27, 2026 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Vicki Bauer for 4 years. Loving father of Lauren (Allison) Bauer and Samantha (Joe) Shahan. Dear brother of Alan, Michelle, and Kim Bauer. Dearest grandfather of Samuel and Lauralye. Loving dog dad of Bailee and pet grandparent to Louie. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Sandy Bauer, his wife Laura Bauer and his brother Mike Bauer. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.

Bob Bauer will be remembered for his strength, loyalty, and deep love for his family. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he carried the values of honor and service throughout his life. He was dependable and steadfast - someone family and friends could always count on.

Above all, Bob was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather. He cherished his family and adored his beloved dog, Bailee. His legacy of loyalty, reliability, and unconditional love will live on in all who knew him.
