With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Elmer Rauls of Minneapolis, Minnesota, on March 10, 2026, at the age of 70.
Elmer was born on February 2, 1956, in Raymond, Mississippi, to Juanita Page (Ingram), and moved to Minnesota at a young age. The oldest of seven children, he was preceded in death by two of his siblings.
Elmer lived a life defined by kindness, integrity, and a deep love for others. Above all, he cherished his family—his greatest pride and joy were his beloved wife, Pat, and his daughter, Tanya.
A gifted gardener, Elmer brought life and beauty wherever he planted, nurturing both his plants and the people around him. Generous in spirit, warm in heart, and always ready with a smile, he left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Known by many and loved by all who crossed his path, his absence leaves a lasting void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were lucky to meet him. A life so deeply lived and so generously shared will never be forgotten.
A celebration of life will be announced and shared at a later date.
