PERRYSBURG -- Eloise M. "Weezie" Dierker age 91, of Perrysburg, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025 at Good Shepherd Home in Fostoria. She was born on November 15, 1933 in Pemberville, OH to Lawrence and Esther (Harmeyer) Dierker.
A lady with a strong work ethic, she was the owner and operator of Redwood Dairy Bar in Liberty Center for 25 plus years. She was a woman of faith and was a member of Salem Grace United Lutheran Church in Luckey. An avid sports fan, she excelled in all sports collecting many trophies, and had been noted as a semi-professional fastpitch softball player. However, outside of her business and sports her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Weezie is survived by her sisters: Evie and Paul Heineman of Woodville, Janice Merryfield of Florida, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Shirley Losey, Lloyd Dierker, Bob Dierker, Wally Dierker, best friend; Belva "Squirty" Daum, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025 with a funeral Service at 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church 303 Park Drive Luckey, OH 43443. Officiating will be, Pr. Jaci Tiell. Interment will be in Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey. There will be a bereavement luncheon served back in the church fellowship hall following the cemetery committal.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial take the form of contributions to Zion Lutheran Church.
