Elva Marie Norte was born November 12, 1943 in Clifton, Arizona, to Manuel and Petra (Perez) Loya. She passed away at home with her husband by her side on April 22, 2025. A rosary will be prayed on her behalf Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with a Memorial Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m.
