Elvis Procell

Funeral services celebrating the life of Elvis Walker Procell will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Henrietta Congregational Methodist Church, 4242 Highway 191, Converse, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jimmy Price and Rev. Chucky Clark. Interment will follow at Converse Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Henrietta Congregational Methodist Church.

Elvis was born July 14, 1959, in Converse, Louisiana to John “Bud” and Mary “Sissy” Procell and entered into rest on October 13, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Rambo “Rams” Procell and wife, Heather; daughters, Pamela “Floss” Procell Marr and husband, Jeffrey and Kimberly “Coon” Procell; grandchildren, Destiny, Savanna, Tyler, Trey, Makenzie, Micheal, Kaleb, Jonathan, Grace, Alex, and Kenzleigh; three great grandsons and two more on the way; a host of nieces and nephews; and his fur baby, Bandit.

Preceding Elvis in death are his wife, Linda T. Procell; parents, John and Mary Procell; brother, Gary “Foots” Procell and twin brother, Melvis Procell.

Honoring Elvis as pallbearers will be Billy Joe Pinkston, Henry “Curly” Precella, Jimmy “Pye” Precella, Michael T. Remedies, Shane “Fred” Procell, and Dewayne “Delmar” Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe “Hoppy” Manshack, Annette “Nettie Kay” Paddie, Allen “Al” Sepulvado, all six grandsons, and Little Joe.
