Emily Millward Obituary
1937-2025/In Loving Memory
South Jordan UT-Emely Olsen Millward passed peacefully on the morning of June 13, 2025 at the age of 88 in South Jordan, Utah with loved ones surrounding her.
She married Byron Lee Millward on October 20, 1966. She and Byron had one daughter, Carrie Lyn LaBonty (G.J.).
Emely was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Lee Millward, her parents, LaMar and LaReda Olsen and siblings Lois Jensen, Reuel Olsen, Afton Olsen, Elva Olsen. Emely is survived by her beloved daughter Carrie LaBonty (G.J.) and three grand children Austin, Tanner and Emily LaBonty and her sister Joan Wilson. A viewing will be held on the morning of Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home located 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy, South Jordan, Utah.
A funeral service will be held on that same day at the same location from 11:00 AM until 12 noon. This service will live streamed from her memorial page on this web site.
A luncheon will be served at 12 noon at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, all visitors are welcome to stay.
Interment will take place in the Grantsville City Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family are asked to make a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
