Emma LaClaire Obituary
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Jane and Josh Cox, her husband, Lawrence F. LaClaire, a daughter, Barbara LaClaire Norris, a granddaughter, Stephanie LaClaire, three brothers, and three sisters.
Emma graduated high school and continued education with one year of nursing to achieve her LPN. She enjoyed gardening, church, cooking, and was a charitable ambassador to children and the elderly. She volunteered at SouthEastern Regional Medical Center, and worked at Fine Knits Contempora Fabrics until she retired. She attended Clyborun Pines Church of God.
She is survived by her son, Fred LaClaire, two daughters, Ann LaClaire, and Linda L. Parker, one brother, John K. Cox, fourteen grandchildren, and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
