Emma McMinigal, 56, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. Born on May 22, 1968 in Whitehaven, England and raised in Dalkeith, Scotland, Emma brought a raucous sense of humor to any room she entered.
Beloved wife to Alan for 33 years. Treasured mother of Alix (Gheryn) and Ian (Hannah). Devoted grandmother to Olivia.
Finding her passion late in life, Emma attended mortuary school through MATC and became a cherished member of the funeral director community. She served many families with a level of compassion still mentioned long past her time with them and her colleagues often call on the lessons Emma taught them.
Also a member of Pampered Chef, Emma made lifelong connections with others in the community, passing on the joy and passion of cooking to her children and clients.
A voracious reader, Emma was never to be found without a good book and a cup of coffee.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Please join her family for a Gathering and Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 1PM to 4PM at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Service located at: 1314 Manitoba Ave, South Milwaukee, WI 53172.
