A graveside memorial service will be held on May 3, 2025, 1:00 PM CST (2:00 PM EST) at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Chattahoochee, FL with Kelvin Johnson officiating.
Emmett is survived by his parents, Gabriel and Shelby Vorce from Burkeburnett, TX; grandparents, Kenny and Michelle Reffitt of Bainbridge, GA, David and Heidi Vorce of Athol, Massachusetts, Mitch and Noelle Waughtel of West Portsmouth, Ohio, and Rhonda Waughtel of Sissonville, West Virginia; great grandparents, Kenneth and Ursula Reffitt of Whigham, GA, Hector and Nancy Williams of Orange, Massachusetts, Susan Sherman of Athol, Massachusetts, and Linda Shuman of Las Vegas, Nevada, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Obie and Sybil Brown of Bainbridge, GA.
