Eric M. Borcherding

Sun Prairie – Eric M. Borcherding, age 37, of Sun Prairie died on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison.
Eric was born on June 18, 1986 in Madison, a son of Larry and Lynn (Frame) Borcherding. He graduated from Mt. Horeb High School in 2004 and worked as a personal banker at Associated Bank in Madison for many years.
Eric loved spending time with his friends playing poker and making trips to Las Vegas. He was also an avid sports fan and was passionate about the Chicago Cubs and especially their 2016 World Series Championship.
Jack, his dog and Wrigley, his cat were the center of his life. In his free time, he enjoyed taking Jack to parks, local trails and other adventures.
Eric is survived by his father Larry (Deb) Borcherding; his mother Lynn Borcherding; his sister Rachel (Chuck) Allendorf; his nephews and niece Nolan, Nathan and Brooklyn Allendorf; his paternal grandparents Ivan and Lu Borcherding; his maternal grandparents Robert and Doris Frame; many special aunts and uncles Brian Frame, Brett Frame, Kay Borcherding, Dean (Margie Hackbarth) Borcherding and Lori (Jerry) Tiedt; many special cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents and his cousin Nicole Tiedt.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023 at EAST SIDE CEMETERY in Dodgeville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
