Eric Shawn Holleran

Eric Shawn Holleran, 41, passed away at his uncle's home in Loma while on vacation from Las Vegas. A celebration of life service will be held for Eric on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the Frist Christian Church with Pastor Kit Miller officiating. His burial will follow at the Riverside Cemetery, where he will be buried with his mother Kathy Allen - Gallagher. Eric was born September 20, 1980, to Joe and Kathy Sue (Allen) Holleran in Boston, Massachusetts. He moved to Fort Benton, Montana when he was a young boy with is mother. He was raised and educated in the Cascade area and graduated from Cascade High School. Eric loved to work with his hands, he kept mostly to himself, and he was an avid video gamer. He moved to Las Vegas where he worked for Kroyer Racing Engines. He enjoyed his job there and liked living in the warmth of Las Vegas. There was always so much to do. He would go sailing on Lake Mead, attend concerts, races and other shows. Eric would always take his vacation to come home to Montana and stay out at the family farm to help work harvest or just to rest in the beautiful Montana scenery.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Lloyd and Beverlee Allen and his mother Kathy Sue Allen Gallagher. His Uncle Rick Morris and two cousins: Kelsey Morris and Mark Allen.
Eric is survived by his biological father Joe Holleran. His stepfather who raised him, Bob Gallagher. His extended family, The Allen's of Fort Benton and Loma. Sister, Candace Friesen and a stepsister Jennifer Stratton and stepbrother Jeremiah Gallagher along with many cousins.
