In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Anthony Lesiw and David Lesiw; his fiancé, Lisa Zarzeczny; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11:00AM at Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070.

Favorite memory from Eric after working with him for two summers was when he lit fireworks that he had in the dump truck and threw them in the driveway when my dad was trying to load some concrete. That was real funny man. Made my summer better. Rest easy Eric. "LIKE A PRO BABY!"
