Eric Louis Rader

Eric Rader, born to Patricia and Louis Rader on August 1st 1956 passed away at his home on February 21st 2026.

He was born in in 1956 in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he lived all his life. He graduated from Saint Mary's School in 1975. Eric was retired from State of Wyoming where he worked as a custodian for over 40 years. He was also retired from Albertson where he worked for over 30 years.

Eric was married to Linda Rader in 1986 and they shared almost 40 years of marriage. Eric and Linda have two children, Daniel and Natasha.

Eric is proceeded in death by his mother, father, brother Michael and sister Cecilia.

Survivors include his wife Linda of 39 years, daughter Natasha and her husband Alex, grandsons Ryker and Tucker, his son Daniel and his wife Carolyn and granddaughter Kyra, brother Patrick and wife Krista Rader, sister Sarah and husband Robert Smith as well as many nieces and nephews , cousins and he beloved dog Bo.

Anyone that knew Eric will remember his big personality and even bigger heart. He brought joy to everyone he talked with, often sharing some of his many life stories.

Eric was an avid animal lover, having many dogs throughout his life. We ask that in lieu of sending flowers , donations can be made in Eric's name  to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter of Cheyenne, Wyoming at https://www.cheyenneanimalshelter.org/donate. 

Eric's viewing will take place at Schrader, Aragon and Jacob Funeral Home on March 6th from 2pm-5pm.
