Boonville – Eric Hugh Willard, 56, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024. He was born July 4, 1968 in Yadkin County. Eric was an auto-mechanic and he also worked for Kontoor Brands in Mocksville. He was preceded in death by his father, Foy Grady Willard. He is survived by his mother, Janice Pendry Willard; sister, Marsha (Wesley) Caudle; girlfriend, Tina Matthews. His graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Mt. Nebo Church of Christ by the Rev. Luke Money. The family will receive friends after graveside in the Fellowship Hall at Mt. Nebo Church of Christ. Eric will lie in-state from 1:30 to 4:30 PM Saturday, November 23, 2024 and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. The family would like to thank Woltz Hospice Home for all the love and care shown to Eric. Memorials can be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017 or to Mt.
