Erica L. Herman, 36, of Medina, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 27, 2020.
She was born on July 14, 1984 in Medina, a daughter of Timothy A. and Linda A. (Mancuso) Herman. Erica studied sign language at GCC. She had a passion for music and enjoyed doing crafts and painting. She worked in home health care and was also employed by the ARC of Orleans. Erica was a very kind person and was known for her quick wit. She was always there to lend a helping hand to others. Erica will be sadly missed by all that knew her, including her beloved dog, Stella.
She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Carl and Sally Herman.
Erica leaves behind to cherish her memory, her parents Timothy and Linda Herman; sister, Kelly (Todd) Miller; nephews, Lucas, Collin, Zach, and Josh Miller; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Shirley Mancuso; aunts and uncles, Theresa (John) Gurney, Cindy (Dennis) Hunt, Ricky (Cindy) Mancuso, Jeremy (Michelle) Mancuso, Tammy Herman and Tom (Maryann) Herman; several cousins; and her loyal best friend, Hannah Wolfe.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 30, from 4:00-7:00pm at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Erica’s name may be made to the ARC of Genesee-Orleans, 64 Walnut St., Batavia NY 14020.
