Ericka Janelle Talley, 48, of 964 Bennett Avenue, N.W., Warren, OH departed this life Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 8:53 p.m. at her residence, following complications from an extended illness.

She was born August 18, 1977 in Youngstown, OH, the daughter of Jospeh Lewis and Denise Darcell Butler Talley, residing in the area for 4 years, coming from Youngstown.

Ericka was employed with Walmart for 1 year as a Manager and Team Leader, before retiring in 2024. She also worked for the Restoration Christian Fellowship Church, as Secretary; the Hope Center, as a Billing Decoder and St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was a 1996 graduate of Gospel Baptist Christian School and a 2002 graduate of ETI Technical College as a Medical Assistant

She was a member of the Restoration Christian Fellowship Church, where she sang in the Choir and enjoyed cooking.

She leaves to mourn three sons, twins Joshua and Jordan Talley and Johnathan Talley all of Warren; one daughter, Ms. Jahniya Talley of Warren; four brothers, Joseph Talley Jr. of Struthers, Kevin Talley, Derric (Teewanda) Talley and Reuben Talley all of Youngstown; two sisters, Mrs. Sharon (Mark) Warren of Austintown and Ms. Lillian Talley of Youngstown; grandmother, Mrs. Lydia "Ma" (Larry) Jackson of Cleveland; uncle, Donald Butler of Youngstown; aunt, Mrs. Denella (Todd) Stanford of Youngstown; Godmother, Ms. Josephine Williams of Youngstown and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and Godfather, Deacon Ted Williams.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Restoration Christian Fellowship Church, with Calling Hours from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
