Erik V. Teoste

Erik V. Teoste, 58, of Ware, died courageously with his loving family by his side on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at UMASS Memorial -University Campus.
Born in Framingham and raised in Sudbury, one of four children to Carol (Grove) Teoste and the late Rein Teoste, who passed in 2018. Erik spent three years of his childhood in the Marshall Islands, his father's job brought the Teoste family to this area of the world where Erik enjoyed many adventures. He graduated from Lincoln/Sudbury High School and later attended ITT Technical School.
Erik loved cars, all kind of cars- he spent most of his working career at European Engineering in Framingham excelling at his craft. He also dabbled with racing cars as well. Erik loved going to the ocean and spending many hours boating and fishing. He loved all his dogs very much, Salami, Randy, Molly, Dunhill, and Reilly.
Erik leaves his loving and dedicated partner of 20 years, Cheryl A. Reilly of Ware, her extended family; his mother, Carol J. Teoste of Shrewsbury, his siblings, Renee L. Teoste and her partner, Michael Kniveton of Berlin, David R. Teoste of Pittsburgh, PA, Lydia J. Gillespie of Cataumet, MA; many nieces and nephews; and wonderful friends.
Erik and Cheryl made their home on a beautiful piece of property in Ware. Erik always loved farming and making things grow. Together with this land and hard work, they were able to make one of Erik's long-time dreams come true, by starting a Christmas Tree Farm.
At Erik's request, services and burial in the family plot in Mashpee, MA will be held privately for his family. In lieu of flowers, Erik would want everyone to live their life to the fullest. Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home is honored in assisting the Teoste Family with arrangements.
