Erin Lee Robison
Millport, New York
Passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at home after a brief illness. Erin was born July 7, 1960 in Cortland, NY, daughter of the late Clarence and Harriett Robison.
She was also predeceased by brother Carl Robison.
Erin is survived by her daughters, Jessica (Patrick) Robison and Heather (Mario) Trizzino; grandchildren, Hayleigh, Callan, Zion, Ivy, Aliza and Levi; siblings, Robert (Nancy Kae) Robison, Ralph (Cheryl) Robison, Dawn (Steve) Pitcher, Debbie (Steve) Remenyi, Lori (Tom) Burczynski, and Anita (Win) Crouthamel; sister-in-law, Linda Robison and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Erin has been an employee of Sue's Pine Valley Busymart/Dandy for over 25 years. She was widely known and dearly loved throughout the community. Those who knew her would call her selfless and kind, with a unique, quick wit and welcoming personality.
Erin was devoted to her family and treasured her time with them, especially her grandchildren, who have awarded her "the Gamma of the year" award for 12 consecutive years. The way she mothered throughout each season of life displayed her character, strength and resilience. Along her journey, she grew a deep appreciation for the simple life and has spent the past several years simply content, often times with a Sudoku book in her hand. Her favorite things to do included sitting on her porch watching wildlife, making the best breakfast for the family and going on adventures with her "grands."
The family will welcome relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St., Horseheads, NY 14845 on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 11-2 pm. A private Celebration of Life will follow.
